Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air beroperasi dari lima pangkalan utamanya di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani akan tetapi maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa.Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, Susi Air awalnya didirikan untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Pada 2005 Grand Caravan ketiga bergabung dengan armada Susi Air sehingga Susi Air dapat memulai penerbangan berjadwal dari Medan. Selanjutnya selain beberapa Grand Caravan tambahan, Diamond Twin Star, Pilatus Turbo Porter dan Diamond Diamond Star pun ditambahkan ke dalam armada Susi Air. Pada Juni 2009, Susi Air mengumumkan bahwa mereka telah memesan 30 pesawat Grand Caravan di Paris Air Show.

1. Operation Control Center
Requirements :
- Fresh Graduates are allowed
- Having a minimum 1 years of experience in related field will be preferred
- Has an Aviation Educational Background
- Having a FOO License will be a Plus
- Must have attended a Airline Operation Courses
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Safety Regulations and Procedures
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
- Great communication skills
- Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
- Work well under pressure
- Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia

Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from Reputable University
- Maximum Age 25 years old
- Familiar with Office Software
- Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
- Able to work individually and within a team
- Work well under pressure
- Good character, creative, innovative
- Skilled in multitasking
- Excellent organizational skill
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Able to work in an agile environment

- Responsible for the projects/activities carried out.

Responsibilities :
- Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
- Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration.
- Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable university
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Familiar with accounting software
- Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
- Able to work individually and within a team
- Work well under pressure
