1. Leaders For Tomorrow Batch 2 (Management Trainee Program)

Requirements :
- S1/S2 graduates from reputable universities (grade A), with minimum IPK 3,25 out of 4,00
- Maximum age for selection: not more than 25 years old for Graduates (S1), on July 31, 2021 and not more than 27 years old for Postgraduates (S2), on July 31, 2021
- Minimum TOEFL score is 550 or minimum IELTS score is 6 or minimum TOEIC score is 605 (basic working proficiency)
- Have academic excellence and be active in non-academic activities
- Have the ability such as critical thinking, problem solving, good in communications, teamwork, collaboration while able to work independently to meet job targets
- Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
- Remain to be Unmarried during the Program
2. IT Project Manager

Responsible:
- To develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Performing strategic analysis for the project;
- Organizing schedules and timeline to ensure on-time completion with maximized value;
- Managing Project Development Life Cycle accordance with POJK.
- Bachelor Degree o Master Degree in IT major from Reputable Universities;
- At least 10 years banking experience placed in at least 2 different work units as Manager / Head of Department;
- Good knowledge of basic project management;
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Project+ certified is advantage;
- Strong analytical and decision making skill;
- Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment;
- High Level Knowledge in Banking System, Payment, Treasury, Trade Finance and related supporting applications.
3. Department Head Risk & Portfolio

Responsible:
- To define, to develop and to implement a comprehensive Risk Portfolio Management framework;
- To propose update to credit policy as necessary to remain within agreed risk appetite;
- To develop portfolio monitoring tools along with credit risk analytics unit;
- To conduct a review of the suitability of internal policies against the Law on LPEI and its regulations as well as other applicable laws and regulations;
- To minimize error in policy implementation and reporting;
- To minimize audit finding and resolve in agreed timeline if any;
- To provide input for process improvement whenever possible.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university;
- At least 10 years banking experience placed in at least 2 different work units as Manager/ Head of Department;
- Certified in Risk Management is a mandatory;
- Having experience in Corporate Banking Risk Management;
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex analytics into key points for recommendations to management;
- Strong presentation and business writing skills, along with the poise to interact with high level excutives;
- Good understanding of Central Bank and Financial Service Authority requirement related to risk management.
4.Department Head Culture & Engagement

Responsible:
- Enhance employee engagement, building positive working culture and productive organization;
- Being an employee advocate for Culture and Engagement in the company, and act as the centre of change in the organization;
- Develop , execute and perform evaluation of People Engagement and Culture initiatives for employees;
- Act as a liaison to stakeholders in terms of employee happiness and satisfaction (including rewards, appreciation, and retention programs);
- Perform data management & other related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree o Master Degree from reputable university;
- At least 10 years of experience placed in at least 2 different work units as Manager/ Head of Department (banking background is an advantage);
- Preferably graduated from Management Development Program (MDP) from reputable bank;
- Certified in Risk Management is a plus;
- A proven experience in creating program and strategies in Culture & Engagement;
- Proven ability to establish and meet deadlines and balance multiple shifting priorities;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex analytics into key points for recommendations to management;
- Strong presentation and business writing skills, along with the poise to interact with high level executives;
- Possess a strong understanding of industry benchmark, leading practices and innovation;
- Conduct high integrity and have an open, collaborative communication style;
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision and able in making decision.
