Requirements :
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across BRI organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
- Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experiences in IT Service Performance
- Experienced in IT Service Performance
- Experienced in IT Project Management
- Having knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall & Agile)
- Having knowledge in IT Governance (ISO 20000, ITILv4, COBIT, etc)
- Having knowledge with Jira & Confluence tools
- S1/S2 majoring in Computer Science / Telecommunication / Informatics or equivalent
