Requirements:

• Male, not older than 40 years of age.
• Minimum Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Psychology and Law (S1).
• Required experience in the field of Human Resource or Human Capital for at least 6 years.
• Preferably have experience in the field of Organization Development and Talent Management.
• Strong communication skill in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Have an EPIC Culture (Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Innovative, Competitive).
• Willing to be placed throughout the Company's work area.
