Organizational Development Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree from a leading university majoring in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Psychologist).
• Possess an active SIPP license from HIMPSI.
• Possess certification in Assessment Center will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as Organizational Development Officer.
• Skilled in Assessment Center, Psychological test and interpretation.
• Proactive, adaptive and planner.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill, and good analytical thinking.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Target oriented.

Underwriting Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university in any major with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Industry *Trade Insurance/Export).
• Have basic knowledge about international trade (L/C Export and Import), Finance Analysis.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Good integrity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Have a wide networking.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Target oriented.
• Willing to be stationed in all over Indonesia.

Programmer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university majoring in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Skilled in C#, NET/PHP/Phyton.
• Technical experience with database MySQL and SQL Server.
• Have experience in developing project/application (software).
• Have specialization on software is preferred.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Target oriented.
