Property Asset Optimization Manager

General Requirements

• Maximum age 45 years old
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
• Registration: July 8-22 2019
• Test location: Jakarta
• Placement: PT PLN (Persero)

Specific Requirements

• Diploma IV / Bachelor degree / Master degree in Marketing / Business Management / Property Management / Asset Management
• Have experience minimum 5 (five) years in the field of Business Development and Property Marketing
• Having competencies in:
• property development and marketing
• property area management
• Has an orientation in Business and Asset Commercialization, and
• Have knowledge and networking, especially in property business and property construction
• Preferably have Property Appraiser Certificate
