Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major
• Minimum age 27 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Coordinator in banking industry or multifinance
• Willing to work with sales target orientation
• Have experience as a Leader / Supervisor
• Have experience in sales, micro credit and marketing
• Have high initiative and able to motivate the team
• Preferably local applicant of the placement area according to domicile throughout Indonesia
