Qualification / Requirements

• Education and Training:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 year experience in automotive manufacturing production process.
• Has experience in company improvement program.
• Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Good know-how of Production Planning Process.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Supply chain and six sigma.
• Knowledge of ergonomic process, time and motion study.
• Strong Innovation Skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Good Computer / MS Office Skills and Advance MS Excel Skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• German communication skill is an advantage.
• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ISO IATF 16949.
• Note:
