Established in 1973, Indonesia Ferry operates primarily as an operator of roll-on/roll-off ferry transport services. Its business include ferry transportation services and port management for passengers, vehicles, and cargo. Indonesia Ferry was first established as Proyek ASDP Ferry (PASDF) under the Ministry of Transportation. PASDF was changed to PASDP and transformed into Perum ASDP in 1986. Later in 1992, Perum ASDP transformed to PT ASDP (Persero). In 2004, PT ASDP (Persero) was renamed to PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is non listed state-owned company and is fully-owned by the government of Indonesia. Indonesia Ferry is based in Jakarta and runs its business through 30 branch offices served by 4,122 employees (as of December 2016).In year 2016, Indonesia Ferry managed to record total profit of Rp 233.41 billion. This number is up 4.74% from Rp 222.84 billion in 2015. Indonesia Ferry’s total operating revenue in 2016 was down 0.81% at Rp 2,311.31 billion as compared with Rp 2,330.42 billion in 2015. Indonesia Ferry managed to record total asset growth by 16.12% from Rp 5,364.75 billion in 2015 to amounting to Rp 6,229.54 billion in 2016.
To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Manager Prosedur & Kebijakan Akuntansi Keuangan

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old on 10 September 2018.
• Minimum S1 education from Accounting or Finance major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Experience in position:
• Managerial in the field of financial accounting procedures & policies for at least 3 years.
• Staff in the field of financial accounting procedures & policies for at least 5 years.
• Strong understanding of PSAK convergence with IFRS.
• Have good knowledge in the field of Financial Accounting.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Have high integrity, strong leadership and managerial skills (POAC).
• Good analytical thinking, thorough, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and appearance.
• Willing to be placed in all the company's work area.
