Tower Bersama Group was first established in 2003 and originated as PT United Towerindo. In 2004, PT United Towerindo renamed into PT Tower Bersama. As of December 2017, Tower Bersama Group manages 13,509 telecommunication sites, including 13,461 tower sites and 48 DAS networks throughout Indonesia.

Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in any Major with minimum GPA of 3.00 (Scale of 4.00).
• Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years of experience.
• Good analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High motivation and proactive.
• Actively involved in campus / social organization.
• Willing to work in any region of Indonesia.
• Test location : Surabaya, Jakarta and Yogyakarta.
