Hutama Karya has core business competencies on general construction services, EPC, investment and toll road development. Hutama Karya was founded in 1960 and has more than 56 years of operating history in Indonesia. Hutama Karya was formed as a nationalization results of a Dutch East Indies general contractors company named Hollandsch Beton Maatschappij. Hutama Karya is fully owned (100%) by the Government of Indonesia which represented by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE).
In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) currently is seeking highly qualified candidates who are willing to work in a team and challenging environment for following position

1. HR Management (HR)
2. Accounting (ACC)
3. Technical Information (TI)

General Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University (Fresh Graduate), majoring in following disciplines
• HR : Psychology.
• ACC : Accounting.
• TI : Information Technology.
• Willing to be placed on the entire working area of Hutama Karya.
• Minimum GPA of3.00 for state university.
• Maximum age of 24 years old.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Skilled in operating Microsoft Office / Open Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Point).
• Have a good health, with proportional appearance and minimum height of 162 cm.
• Highly power struggle and highly driven with a strong commitment in achieving career, personal, organizational goal and have a good teamwork.
