Key Accounts Executive - Jakarta Timur
Area of Responsibility
- MT Top Twenty : 200 store in 8 region
- Handle 5 - 8 program in average / monthly basis, key in 35 - 56 program in average / monthly
- Visit schedule : 5-6 visit / month
- Key entry all the promotion activity and budget allocation for each account to the system for approval purposes
- Day to day monitor and follow up the problem occurs related promotion activity and budget allocation, and update the progress and escalation problem
- Check and monitor sales target, promotion activity and budget spending and follow up to area for confirmation and reminder
- Regular visit to the store for sampling check and also follow up the problem occurs
- Maintain the logistic stock and availability for promotion activity
- Check the promotion effectiveness and update regularly
- Prepare the trading term, and breakdown the target and budget allocation
- Prepare the promotion plan, include the budget allocation
- To be a successful in this position you should have:
- Understanding of Product
- Understanding of system (Lexia, DMS)
- Having knowledge related promotion program
- Understanding of sales & distribution process, including distributor & outlet knowledge
- Financial awareness
