Waskita Precast is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned construction firm PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk or Waskita Group. At present, Waskita Precast is 59.99% owned by PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. and other 40.01% remaining shares was owned by Waskita Cooperative (0.01%) and general public (40%). Waskita Precast is based in Jakarta and now has 10 precast plants spread across Indonesia with installed total production capacity 2.65 million tons per year. Waskita Precast also has 41 batching plants spread in Java, Sumatera, and Sulawesi. Waskita Precast operates primarily as a producers of high quality precast concrete products. Its products include precast building and bridge, precast retaining wall, precast drainage, precast ready mix and other precast products. Requirements

• Maximum age of 45 years old.
• Minimum S1/S2 Civil Engineering.
• Preferably for candidates with prior experience in leading the type of infrastructure projects with a value of more than 100 billion.
• Previous experience as General Superintendent of Highway, Bridge and Toll Road Projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position and same field.
• Possess certification in General Superintendent - Highway, Bridge and Toll Road, Project Management Professional Certification, Certified Associate in Project Management.
• Excellent physical strength to move normally.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
