Organizational Development Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Solid understanding of business process.
• Deeply interesting in the field of HR.
• Strong analytical thinking and good data processing skill.
• Have good communication and negotiation skills.
