Based in Lippo Karawaci Tangerang Banten, PT Marga Mandalasakti operates primarily as a toll-road operator of Tangerang-Merak toll road in Banten Province which covers 72.5 kilometers and connects Tangerang and the port of Merak Banten. The Tangerang-Merak toll road has 9 toll gates and passes 3 cities in Banten Province, comprising Tangerang, Serang, and Cilegon. PT Marga Mandalasakti has Toll Road Concession Rights Agreements with the Indonesian Toll Road Authority for Tangerang-Merak toll road up until 29 November 2059. PT Marga Mandalasakti is an infrastructure subsidiary company of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), the largest business conglomerates in Indonesia. At present, Astra Group holds 79% shares in PT Marga Mandalasakti through Astratrel Nusantara. Other remaining shares in PT Marga Mandalasakti was owned by Capital Holding Investment Ltd (5%), and public investors (16%).

MT Program - Operation Management Development Program (OMDP)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Active in organization, especially as Coordinator/ Team Leader.

Accounting Staff

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting
• Active in organization.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work terms and are willing to work under pressure.

Engineering Staff

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.
• Previous experience supervise construction project.
• Active in organization.
• Self motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.

IT – Programmer

Requirements:

• Able to analyze system requirements.
• Technical experience in design and build system application.
• Good in Vs.Net, C++ programming language.
• Good in Ms SQL Server., PL/SQL database.
• Good in reporting tools : Crystal Report.
• Good in web programming.
• Self motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Information Technology Supervisor (IT)

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 35years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Technical experience in create corporate IT system application & infrastructure (design – implementation).
• Technical experience in design data communication and networks (Experience in fiber optic are preferred).
• Technical experience in IT Security and Server Management.
• Preferable have good knowledge in IT Audit.
• Strong leadership, self motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.
