 Officer Development Program (ODP)
  • Officer Development Program (ODP) is the officer level recruitment through Bank BTN future leaders development program and simultaneously educate prospective employees to become professional bankers, where the prospective employees provided with education and training on both of hard competencies and soft competencies, in various fields both funding and lending fields.
Qualifications
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Male / female
  • Not married and willing to not marry during employment bond
  • Maximum 26 years old (not passed the 27th birthday on the year of recruitment)
  • Minimum possess Bachelor degree from leading and reputable state / private university
  • Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) 3.00 of 4.00 scale
  • Preferably majoring in Economics (Management, Accounting, and Development Studies), Law (Civil and Criminal), Computer Science / Informatics Engineering, Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical,), Psychology and Statistics
  • Minimum height 160 cm for male and 155 cm for female
  • Have proportional weight and attractive look
  • Willing to undergo employment bond for 5 years
