As an effort to realize the vision and mission, Bank DKI focuses its business direction towards DKI Business Linkages that targeting 5 important aspects comprising of DKI Jakarta infrastructure financing, public services improvement, education quality improvement, cooperative and SMEs sector support, and BUMD synergy development.

Officer Development Program (ODP)

• The program is prepared to equip prospective leaders with the knowledge and skills which required in banking management, through classical training and on the job training so that they are ready to pursue and become part of high value banking development.

General Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant major, with minimum GPA 3.00 for Bachelor's degree or 3.50 for Master's degree, graduated from reputable state / private university.
• Maximum age 27 years old and not married.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Able to communicate and organize well.
• Computer literated minimum in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed in all Bank DKI's working area.
• Willing to follow the employment bond at Bank DKI.
• Willing to work in accordance with Bank DKI's working culture.
• Attractive look.
