General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI);
• Maximum age of 30 years old for S1 and 27 years old for D3 by 1 July 2017.
• Have a good health, not color blind, drug-free, no tattoos and piercings.
• Well-behaved and never involved in crime.
• Willing to fill out and sign a letter of statement as an applicant on the form provided.
