- Possess Bachelor's / Master's degree in any major
- Maximum 26 years old for Bachelor's degree and 28 years old for Master's degree
- Minimum GPA 2.75 for Bachelor's degree and 3.23 for Master's degree
- Graduated from study program with minimum accreditation grade B
- Single / Not married
- Fresh graduate or experienced
- Willing to be placed in any Bank BNI branch in Kalimantan
- Preferably proficient in local languange
