POS Logistic r provides a comprehensive range of transportation and warehousing services, delivery of cargo, and the regulated agent or dealer inspection. PT Pos Logistik Indonesia is a strategic subsidiary company of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) or Pos Indonesia Group, the national postal company of Indonesia. POS Logistics was first established in 2004 and initially started as business project of Pos Indonesia Group.  Later in 2007, the business project has developed into strategic business unit (SBU) of Pos Indonesia Group. In 2013, PT Pos Logistik Indonesia was officially launched as an independent company. Based in Jakarta, POS Logistics now has 14 office networks and 37 warehouse spread across Indonesia.
Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT Pos Logistik Indonesia are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions

Operations Excellence Officer

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Finance staff

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate from reputable university.
  • Preferably staff specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Have a good knowledge of tax and accounting.

Warehouse Staff

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Staff specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Have a good knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System.

Warehouse Operation Assistant Manager - Kalimantan

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Have a good knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System.
  • Able to work with people at different level.
  • Able to manage changes.
  • Able to work individually and in a team.
  • Strong understanding of financial logic in 3PL company.
  • Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO concept for storage operation.
  • Willing to be placed on Site Banjarmasin.

QHSSE Warehouse

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of HSE/K3L, especially in Warehouse/Logistic Company.
  • Possess certification in AK3 Umum.
  • Have a good understanding of integrated management system ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Psychically and mentally health.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work with deadline and team.
  • Willing to be placed at Kalimantan.

IT Development

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical experience in developing WMS and TMS.
  • Familiar with SAP.
