Staf Project Development TOD (Marketing)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Architecture, Management, Marketing or other related disciplines.
- Past experience in the field of marketing (property or real estate projects).
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with property/real estate market in Indonesia.
- Have excellent skill in operating supporting applications (MS Office). Operating knowledge of graphic design applications is preferred (Photoshop, Corel, etc).
- Strong-willed to meet deadlines and targets.
- Able to work in a team.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Active and deeply interesting in real estate marketing.
Investment and Risk Management
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Finance, Accounting, Finance from a leading university (local or overseas).
- Fluent in English (oral/writte), good level in mandarin is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of risk management, preferably from banking or financial industry.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Past experience in making procedures and systems relating to risk management. Have a good skills in making financial modelling is preferred.
