Currently we are looking for:

Quarry Face Operation Head - Jeladri, Pasuruan, East Java

Scope of Works

Provide supply material for crusher with specific quantity and quality by coordinating and monitoring process from loading and delivery process to crusher.
Coordinating and maintaining vendor drilling, stripping, rock breaker, rental unit and water tank for daily ofperation.
Responsible for monitoring production process (quarry – finish product) and maintain stock pile.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree from Technical Engineering (Civil / Mining)

Experience:

Min. 3 years experiences in relevant area, especially in mining / quarry operation
Experiences in cement manufacturing process
Good knowledge in maintenance management (MAC, RCM, FMEA)
Good knowlede of mining plan design and heavy equpment managemetn
Experiences in project management
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office and Google Application
Language: Fluency spoken and written English
Other qualification / skills:
POP Certification
Understand business process of Holcim Indonesia
Good skill in people management and leadership
Certificate of Frontline Operational Supervisor
Willingness to stay in Pasuruan
