Budgeting Officer - Jakarta
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the development, formulation, monitoring and reporting budget companies by providing budget data and coordinate with the necessary resources to support the smooth operation of the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Gather the annual budget of income and expenditure of all work units for the purposes of the preparation of the annual budget of the company.
- Supporting activity budget compilation of the entire department for the purposes of the budget estimates of the overall company.
- Entering data compilation of the entire department budget to the Finance & Accounting database system to estimate the overall company budget.
- Provide supporting data for analysis company budget assumptions based on data and / or facts.
- Ensuring the availability of data to support the preparation of the company budget so that reporting is accurate and timely.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree from Economic majoring Accounting, min GPA 3.00
- Min. 2 years experience, preferably from Public Accountant background
- Having knowledge about Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Having knowledge about Financial Analyst
- Having knowledge about Accounting Control
- Fluent in English is a must

QAQC Inspector - Kalimantan Selatan
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all QAQC inspection for all of the power plant’s construction works to ensure that all works are done according to contract and specification.
- To collect and analyze all non-conformance reports for all the power plant construction works, ensuring that all NCRs are done through a single channel and thus to ensure all NCRs are well controlled.
- To ensure all works that do not comply with contract specifications and standards are documented and monitored.
- To follow up on all works that do not comply to specification and standards and to process the necessary documentations for works that have been corrected and meet quality specifications and standards.
- To monitor and control all from contractors and subcontractors to ensure contractor and subcontractors work quality is according to contract spec and standards.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Engineering
- Min. 3 years of experience as QAQC Material Inspector on Construction works from power plant / oil & gas / heavy industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed at Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power plant project’s mechanical works to ensure that all construction is done as according to specification, design, and schedule.
- Monitor subcontractor’s performance on the power plant’s mechanical works to ensure that construction is done as according to design.
- Identify mechanical design issues during the engineering and construction of the power plant and to recommended and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Monitor and report subcontractor’s construction progress to the power plant’s mechanical works to ensure engineering and construction are done on schedule and to recommended corrective actions for any mechanical engineering issues.
- Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the engineering and construction of the power plant’s mechanical works from the Mechanical Team Leader and Mechanical Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities regarding the construction of mechanical works for the power plant and to monitor the progress and performance of the subcontractors to ensure that the power plant’s mechanical works are constructed on schedule and on spec.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Have 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical construction project (preferably in power plant projects)
- Have good competencies on construction methods
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be located at Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
