Accelerated Growth Project Manager - Jakarta
Role Synopsis
- Develop & implement specific offers, promotions and communications for both Cars, CVO & Bikes space in accelerated growth cities, aside from the national program. Closes liaise with Consumer Brand Activation Manager, Workshop & Trade executive and also Sales team.
- Support effective and optimum implementation to deliver volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets and maximize business returns in accelerated growth cities.
- Track progress and adapt plans for accelerated growth program under guidance and supervision of Country Activation Manager.
- Develop specific activities under marketing plan for Cars & Bikes spaces– outside the national program, specific for accelerated growth key cities, based on city-specific insights, as well as accountable for the implementation.
- Launch relevant CVO products and develop specific activities for CVO space in Indonesia.
- Accountable for the delivery of Volume, Turnover, Gross Margin and Market Share targets in Power Brands in the accelerated growth cities, for Cars, Bikes & CVO.
- Accountable for the execution of world class Branded workshop (CAS & Bike Point), FWS & IWS marketing plans across all brands in specific accelerated growth cities. This requires developing a key interface with sales on operational issues.
- Optimise Branded workshop (CAS & Bike Point), FWS & IWS offers cross brand activities by working closely with Brand, PR & Sponsorship teams and with Sales for programme implementation, specific in accelerated growth cities.
- Monitor implementation of programmes as per consumer & trade marketing plans in the accelerated growth cities to ensure on time, within budget delivery and adequate return on investments.
- Manage ASP related to the accelerated growth cities.
- Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately.
- University degree in Marketing or related discipline
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
- Substantial experience in Marketing
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing activation
- Experience in disciplined marketing campaign execution
- Experience of working with agencies across multiple media channels and countries
- Experience of working in a matrix organization
- Lubricants experience desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- This position will be based in Jakarta.
