Area Sales Supervisor - Denpasar

Job Requirements

• Education background Bachelor's degree from any disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role. FMCG company background is preferable
• Supervisory skills and ability to motivate and drive sales team to achieve the target.
• Commercial acumen.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
• Permanent position.

Industrial Relation Officer - Bekasi

Job Requirements

• Education background Min. Bachelor Degree from Law or Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years progressive IR experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Well versed knowledge of principles and practices of Labour Law and IR Management
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Conflict resolutions skills
• Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple task at one time, with attention to details
• Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment with Unions
• Must able to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive information
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with day to day work
• Credible IR Activist
• English both verbal and written is preferable

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (preferably Food Technology / Industrial Engineering)
• Min 2 years’ working experience in procurement / purchasing / sourcing areas
• (Preferably from Food industries or FMCG)
• Experience in Managing contracts and procurement report for local & global
• Capable in data analysis & packaging material market review
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer focus skills
• Have the dexterity to deliver cost saving initiatives in Packaging category
• A broad range of category expertise for Packaging
• Experienced in managing supplier risk management & long term sourcing strategy
• Agile in solving unexpected problems and provide comprehensive solution
