Performance Engineer - Jakarta
Essential Education
- Engineering Degree
- Experienced in similar role in wells team (Drilling and Completion) for min 2 years, should have minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry.
- Able to demonstrate ability to analyse data to identify meaningful trends and insights appropriate for management reporting..
- Able to demonstrate timely delivery and accurate performance reporting through adherence to processes, with high quality presentation suitable for target audience.
- Able to demonstrate processing complex and large amounts of data through experience/knowledge of macros/databases/performance tools (Open Wells/ EDM and Rushmore).
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of terminology in the wells/ drilling industry in order to understand the overall business.
- Able to converse fluently in English and Indonesian
- Hold Indonesian passport

Technical Superintendent - Marine - Jakarta
Essential Education
- Engineering Class 1 Motor/Steam or Combined Certificate of Competency or equivalent Degree and/or professional qualification; OR
- Sea going experience (6-10 years)
- 2-3 years in the rank of Chief Engineer onboard crude oil/product/LPG/LNG Tankers
Technical Competencies:
- Management: Project Management; HSSE; People and Competence; Vessel Operation Performance; Commercial; Marine Assurance; Management of Change; Tangguh Shipping Procedures
- Internal Combustion Engine Plant: Two Stroke Propulsion Engine; Four Stroke Generators; Auxiliary Boilers and Waste Heat Unit
- Ancillary Systems
- Deck Machinery
- Electrical
- HP Steam Plant
- Liquid Cargo
- Vessel Performance Monitoring
- Maintenance
- Relevant experience ashore in a marine superintendent type position supported by the relevant professional qualifications.
- Technical Competencies: Familiar with all aspects of technical ship management including dry docking, project engineering, Inspection & repair practice & maintenance engineering
