PMI Group, which owns 92.75% of HM Sampoerna’s issued share capital (through PT Phillip Morris Indonesia), is one of the largest tobacco companies in the world. Other 7.25% remaining shares in HM Sampoerna was owned by the public. Headquartered in Surabaya East Java,  HM Sampoerna now has 7 manufacturing facilities and also supported by 38 Third Party Operators (TPOs) throughout Java.

Sampoerna Product Development Trainee Program

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA 3.00 (Engineering background will be advantages).
  • Willing to test Company’s products.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • English literacy, spoken and written.
  • Willing to be assigned at Pasuruan East Java.
