Headquartered in Jakarta, Bank BTN has strong business focus in mortgage loans sectors. Bank BTN is widely known nationwide as the largest mortgage bank in Indonesia. Bank BTNs controls about 30.6% of the Indonesian mortgage lending market and maintain 98% market shares in the Indonesian subsidized mortgage lending. As a State-Owned Company, Bank BTN is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia, with 60.03% of ownership. Other 39.97% remaining shares in Bank BTN was owned by public.
Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk are looking for candidates for following positions:

Consumer Mortgage Sales (CMS)

Requirements

• Male or Female with age is between 24 – 35 year old.
• Minimum S1 from all majors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing the subprime (mortgage).
• Have an attractive appearance and good personality.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Never involved in drugs and other illegal.
• Strong selling skills, communication skills and high achievement orientation.
• Have a wide customer base networking.
• Not having a family relationship (father / mother / husband / wife / brother / sister / children) with Bank BTN's employee. 
• Placement : Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi, Bumi Serpong Damai, Ciputat, Cibubur.

• Curriculum Vitae (include photograph 4x6);
• Reference letter from the company where the last working;
• Last SK from the company where the last working;
• Copy of ID card and NPWP;
• Copy of diploma and transcript;
• Salary Slip 3 Months from the company where the last working.
