Essential Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Essential Experience and Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Sales function
- Good understanding of sales & distribution business and able to contextual with channel strategic direction
- Combination of strategic / analytical and operation abilities
- Work well with people in all different level and able to lead / coordinate team toward the objective
- Sound creativity to solve the problem and provide the solution
- Good drive to align the resource and team in order to achieve the objective
- Having a proven and consistent track record (performance) in his / her previous position
- Demonstrate required skill and knowledge toward his / her previous role
- Self-motivated and having high standard work ethic
- Deep understanding of ACDD and ABC to ensure implementation in contractors and other related parties

Essential Education
- University Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration or alternatively in Engineering combined with an MBA
- English and Bahasa Indonesian languages essential
- This is a National role
- Minimum 15 years working experience with in depth direct negotiation experience in the Aviation Fuel business or equivalent downstream B2B fuels marketing knowledge within Indonesia / SE Asia
- Deep experience in roles with commercial, sales, marketing and business management responsibilities with strong understanding of the aviation business within Indonesia
- Proven track record of delivering key projects,
- Experienced in developing and implementing strategic plans covering both short-term and long-term business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at both medium and senior levels internally and externally.
- Able to demonstrate creative and flexible mind-set
- Have good analytical skill and good with numbers with strong commercial acumen
- Proven cross-cultural relationship building experience in Indonesia.
- Results oriented and self motivated with a strong bias for action
- Able to demonstrate good team player spirit
