PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) is a non listed state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, PT PPI (Persero) runs its business through 34 branch offices spread across Indonesia. PT PPI (Persero) was established in 2003 under the Government of Regulation No 22 of 2003, dated 31 March 2003. PT PPI (Persero) was formed as a merger results of 3 state-owned trading companies, namely PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Cipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero).
In line with its continued expansion program, now PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) seeking excellent professional candidates for the following Positions :

Human Capital Management Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law, Finance, Accounting, Management, Banking, Business Studies, Administration or equivalent.
• Have a good knowledge of training need analysis.
• Have a good knowledge of taxation, PPH21, and Tax computations.
• Have a good skills in employee and labor relations, contract negotiations, and contract preparation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• 3 full-time positions available.
