Legal Officer - Indonesia

Job Description
  • Carry out business / marketing, business support and company regulation agreements draft preparation in accordance with provision of applicable law
  • Carry out business / marketing, business support, legal product and company regulation agreement documents management
  • Implement Good Corporate Governance in Legal Department
  • Carry out and documenting company's national and local business licensing
  • Carry out advocacy process by provide legal opinion both actively and casuistry
  • Carry out business / marketing agreements, business support, legal product and company regulation documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum possess Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Law / Business Law / Economic Law
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
