Associate IS Analyst – Customer Service

Requirements

  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology (IT), Information System (IS), or Engineering majors.
  • Strong academic result with minimum GPA 3.00 from 4.00 scale.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT End User Support in a medium-large company (min. 100 users).
  • Good English skills (good in both written and verbal).
  • Basic concepts of networking, Microsoft Windows infrastructure (domain/ Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
  • Gadgets: Strong knowledge (willing to learn and explore) of operating and configuring new technology gadgets; eg: Android, iPad, iPhone, Windows Phone, etc
  • Have a good knowledge about the concepts of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Expertise with Windows Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 10), and Microsoft Office (including install, configuration, troubleshoot).
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking/logical thinking.
  • Customer service attitude: patience, solution-oriented, able to work under pressure.
  • Team player, smart worker, proactive, highly motivated.
  • Highly mobile (will be required to travel).
  • Fast learner and hard working.
