- Indonesian citizen (WNI).
- Age as of 1 March 2016:
- S1 level : minimum 18 years and a maximum of 35 years old.
- D3 level : minimum 18 years and a maximum of 30 years old.
- Have a D3 / S1 diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKL) are allowed to apply under the condition the original diplomas and transcripts must exist when signing the contract.
- Have a GPA score min 2.95 (scale 4.00).
- Male or Female.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female. Especially for Calon Kondektur position the height of candidates at least 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female.
- No working ties with other institutions/agencies.
- Willing to be placed in the working area of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
- Well behaved as evidenced with SKCK.
- Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind.
- Never involved in drugs or psychotropic substances.
- Not pierced for Male.
- Not tattooed.
- Does not have marital relations with the employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
- A certified copy of the most recent academic diploma (D3/S1);
- A certified copy of the most recent academic transcript;
- A certified copy of accredited letter on the date of graduation from BAN PT or the University;
- Copy of valid ID Card;
- Recent color photograph 4x6 (4 sheets);
