Distributor & Territory Supervisor UFS (Job Number: 15000M1U)

Job description
  • To achieve of the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and or sales value.
  • Effective alignment regarding product availability in customer level with Pull team.
  • Monitor pricing and ensure application of correct prices at customer.
  • Implement standard of UFS selling and chefmanship skills.
  • Build strong relationship with distributors and customers.
  • Manages distributor sales force routes and customers and distributors by meeting, reviewing routes, in order to achieve sales target, availability, market share and ensure territorial integrity in his/her assigned area.
  • Manages and develops sales professionals and distributors reporting to him by implementing policies and procedures, attending to their needs and concerns, conducting per-take off meetings, performance review, route riding, and in order to ensure that dealership program and human resources are developed to potentials and sales targets are met.
  • Primary Location : South Kalimantan.
