Job Description:
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulation compliance (Unilever Standard and Legal/Goverment regulation).
- Monitor OHS performance, both lagging and leading indicator.
- Promote excellent safety culture based on behavioural safety excellence (BeSafE) and Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Implement Unilever OHS management system frameworks standard and OHSAS 18001 OHS management system and SMK3 (DEPNAKER).
- OHS management system think tank for the factory.
- Develop employee awareness, knowledge, and skills related with OHS management system.
[Talent Pool] Asst. Maintenance Manager

Job Description:
- Create maintenance management strategy for each machine (Packing lines, Processing area, and Utility Equipments).
- Manage daily maintenance activity (Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance) based on WCM methodology.
- Manage Maintenance Cost.
- Manage spareparts inventory level and avaiability.
- Ensure correct usage of maintenance management system database in SAP PM.
- Monitor plant maintenance KPI.
- Coach and develop maintenance personnel.
- Work collaboratively with Assistant Production Manager to improve and maintain performance of all production equipments Manage and maintain factory asset.

Job Description:
- Responsible for manufacturing resource scheduling (material, manpower, utilities, plant capability), proposing capital CAPEX projects for execution, driving agreed Supply Chain strategy on the shop floor.
- Assists Planner in the preparation of weekly, cycle and annual production plans.
- Plans to meet increases in capacity indicated by long term sales forecasts.
- Implement department specific HR processes, which deliver HR strategy and business objective, eg Management of Leave/employee Self-Service/annual reviews, etc.
- Assists the Innovation Teams in implementation of Innovation Programme.
- Co-operates with the SHEQ Team in planning and implementation of safety/environmental and quality assurance programmes.
- Co-operates with the Quality Assurance Manager in the delivery of total quality.
- Co-operates with Engineering Manager in the delivery of plant reliability.
- Co-operates with the Man. Ex Manager in the planning and implementation of TPM/continuous improvement activities.
- Co-operates in the preparation of the training programmes for subordinate.
- Prepares annual work plans and appraisals of his subordinate managers and conducts appraisal interviews.
