Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Male/Female.
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), graduated from a leading university with an educational background of all disciplines, except: Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education, Religious and Tourism.
• Strong academic results: GPA min. 3.00 for (for bachelor degree/S1) and 3.25 (for master degree/S2) within 4.00 scales.
• Attractive appearance to the height and weight proportional: minimum height of 170 cm for Male and 165 cm for Female.
• Have no family relationship with Bank BJB's employee up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / child / brother / sister).
• Single/not married and remain unmarried during education period.
• Willing to be assigned in all working areas of Bank BJB.
• Willing to undergo Association Office.
• Have strong analytical skill.
• Have a good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Active in English language, both oral and written.
• Computer literate, at least familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Physically and mentally healthy: not color blind (partial or total), free from the influence of narcotics and other additives.
• Have integrity, discipline, and commitment.
