Tax Analyst - Jakarta

Description
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or directly related field
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and verbal / written communication skills
  • Able to organize and prioritize own workload to accomplish variety of tasks within defined timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Very good accounting skills
  • Previous tax or finance experience will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English
Qualifications
  • Support in the tax accounting for a portfolio of the Citigroup companies located in the EMEA Region including supplying draft tax return computation, analysis and reports to the Citi Corporate Tax team
  • Calculation of the Corporate Income tax liabilities
  • Tax planning and analysis
  • Design and implementation of solutions to streamline workflow and create efficiencies in reporting
  • Potential to work on VAT accounting and reporting
  • Potential to work on other tax issues including securities taxation, custody tax issues and transfer pricing

Business Training Manager - Jakarta

Description
  • The functional responsibility of this role is to implement strategic training solutions to the business through the following activities:
  • Responsible for the effective implementation of the regional role-based curricula across key business roles
  • Delivers product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral and skill-based training in a classroom or virtual environment
  • Delivers global & regional training programs for the business via effective and appropriate modalities (Classrooms / webinar / GLMS)
  • Delivers nationally developed training (local regulatory courses) in a consistent manner
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure implementation of mandatory training courses (onboarding and up-skilling):
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires and developmental trainings for existing staff to ensure skill sets are updated
  • Facilitate onshore and offshore online and instructor-led courses, inclusive of on-boarding / induction, up-skill / cross-skill, change and reinforcement learning programs using learner-centric styles and techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and stakeholders to identify business requirements using different Learner-Needs Analysis tools and techniques and provide relevant training solutions to stakeholders
  • Maintain key business relations with internal and external areas / bodies / agencies / providers including other Citi L&D and HR staff; country and regional and related businesses including HRSS and Compliance
  • Reviews periodic & timely evaluation of learners’ experiences and training materials for relevance
  • Partners within Citi Learning Asia Pacific Consumer to deliver customized learning activities (learning needs discussion, surveys, etc.)
  • Manages the learning environment to ensure desired outcomes are achieved including the transfer of learning (for on-boarding and cross-skilling courses)
  • Works on ongoing feedback around:
  • Course improvements
  • New course needs
  • New course content development
  • Ensures all learning activities are entered into GLMS
  • Partner with the Learning Administration on effective administration of classes through GLMS
  • Provide feedback on learner suitability and performance in order to maintain relevant recruitment practices
  • Adhere to Learning and Development Standard Operating policies and procedures when administering and managing learning programs
  • Back up as LBT Head
Qualifications
  • Line trainer experience
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills and expertise in applying adult learning principles
  • Time management skills
  • Proven experience in instructional design, content development and eLearning solutions
  • Experience in either an operational, service or sales environment (ideally obtained within banking and finance)
  • Intermediate level using of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Captivate and Brainshark
  • Leadership skills (i.e., ability to provide feedback to co business trainers to improve training skills)
  • Able to influence colleagues positively
  • Equipped to be part of a training design of either regional or local training
  • Fully conversant / abreast about products, processes and policies of stakeholders (not limiting to one unit)
  • Thorough understanding of company’s global policies and processes related to L&D in GCB
