The Company was formed as a nationalization results of a Dutch construction company named NV Nederlands Aanemings Maatschappy (NEDAM) Vorheen Firma HF Boersma. Later in 1973, PN Nindya Karya was officially transformed into as a limited liability company under the name of PT Nindya Karya (Persero). The Company is registered in Jakarta and its network coverage with 21 branch offices spread in 6 division offices across the Country. Nindya Karya also supported by 1 subsidiary company, namely PT Nindya Beton. As of December 2013, Nindya Karya has approximately 676 employees, comprise of 270 permanent employees and 406 non permanent employees.Nindya Karya's performance in 2013 improved over the previous year.
In line with its continued expansion program, PT Nindya Karya (Persero) are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Staf Admin SDM (Code : SDM)

Requirements
  • Minimum D1 Administration, Office Management.
  • Maximum age of 25 years old.
  • Mastering the correspondence and archival system.
  • Excellent in Computer Software knowledge with minimum requirements Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as admin staff.

Site Manager (Code : SM)

Requirements
  • Minimum D3 Civil Engineering.
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Experienced as Site Manager for minimum 3 projects or 5 years.
  • Mastering project management.

Manager Proyek Muda (Code : PM-Muda)

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 Civil Engineering.
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Experienced as Site Manager for minimum 3 projects or 8 years.
  • Mastering Project Management Construction (Ms Project/Primavera).

Manager Proyek Utama (Code : PM-Utama)

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 Civil Engineering.
  • Maximum age of 45 years old.
  • Experienced as Site Manager for minimum 5 projects or 12 years.
  • Mastering Project Management Construction (Ms Project/Primavera).

Manager HSE (Code : HSE)

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 Civil Engineering.
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HSE Manager.
  • Good knowledge of HSE in construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 14001:2007, OHSAS 18001:2008, SMK3L.
  • Able to make the planning and implementation of HSE programs.
  • Experienced as HSE Auditor is highly desirable.
  • Certified SKA Ahli K3 Umum is highly desirable.
General Requirements
  1. High integrity, and able to work individually was well as in a team.
  2. Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
  3. Familiar in working with pressure and deadline.
  4. Advantage for candidate who have experience in state-owned construction companies (BUMN Karya).
