At present, 51.462 % of its shares are held by the East Java Provincial Government, 28.538 % by 38 East Java Municipal Governments and other remaining shares by public. Bank Jatim now supported by  40 conventional branches, 3 sharia branches, 148 conventional sub branches, 5 sharia sub branches, 164 cash offices, 47 sharia service offices, 165 cash offices, 97 sharia service offices, 167 payment points, 62 cash outlets, 6 mobile ATM units, 2 cash deposit machines (CDM) and 595 ATMs.In terms of financial positions, Bank Jatim has recorded a positive financial performance in the third quarter of 2015 (3Q 2015, ended in 30 September 2015).

Kredit (AK)

Requirements
  • Male, not exceed 27 years of age for fresh graduate candidates and 35 for experienced candidates or has not been repeated for 36 years before December 2015.
  • Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in major Economics, Law and Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) with minimum accredited B.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Have excellent skill in operating Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience in the field of banking or finance will be highly prioritized.
  • Target oriented.

Junior Auditor (JA)

Requirements
  • Male, not exceed 27 years of age for fresh graduate candidates and 35 for experienced candidates or has not been repeated for 36 years before December 2015.
  • Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (PTN) and 3.25 (PTS) with minimum accredited A. 
  • Minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Have excellent skill in operating Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English with mininum TOEFL Score of 450.
  • Hands-on experience in the field of accounting, banking or finance will be highly prioritized.

Frontliner (FL)

Requirements
  • Male and Female, not exceed 27 years of age or has not been repeated for 28 years before December 2015.
  • Minimum height of 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female.
  • Minimum holds Diploma Degree (D3) from all the majors, minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) with minimum accredited B.
  • Have excellent skill in operating Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience in the field of banking or finance will be highly prioritized.
  • Single and willing not to get married during not appointed as a permanent employee.

Priority Banking Officer (PB)

Requirements
  • Female, not exceed 30 years of age or has not been repeated for 31 years before December 2015.
  • Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) from all the majors, minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) with minimum accredited B.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Hands-on experience in the field of banking or finance will be highly prioritized.
  • Have a wide database and networking.
  • Have excellent skill in operating Microsoft Office.
  • Not pregnant when applying and willing not to pregnant during not appointed as a permanent employee.

  6. Jakarta : Universitas Indonesia (9-11 November 2015);
