General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI) with minimum age of 18 years and maximum 30 years old.
• Have educational qualifications, skills, expertise and skills that required.
• Never sentenced to prison or jail by a court decision that already has a binding legal force, as an act of criminal.
• Never engage in an activity / movement against the Pancasila, UUD 1945, the State and the government of Republic Indonesia.
• Never honorably discharged at his own request or not with respect as civil / military members / police members or dishonorably discharged as a private employee.
• Good character as evidenced by SKCK of local police.

Specific Requirements

• Legalized copies of academic certificate and trancript with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale for D3, Ners, Dokter Umum from a reputable institution (minimum accredited B).
• Copy of Certificate Register (STR) for Dokter Spesialis positions.
• Copy of Certificate Register (STR) or statement letter that STR is in the prosess of Health Personnel Provincial Assembly (MTKP) for Perawat positions.
• Copy of PPGD or BTCLS certificate for Perawat positions.
• Copy of Certificate Register (STR), ATLS and ACLS certificates for Dokter Umum positions.
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Female) and 165 cm (Male) for Perawat positions.

1. Handwritten application letter addressed to Direktur RSUD Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto (Application letter must write in Indonesian language with black ink and signed on the stamp Rp 6000);
2. Recent photograph 4x6 (2 sheets, please write your name in back side);
3. Legalized copies of diploma and transcript;
4. Copy of valid ID Card (enlarged 200%);
5. CV and signed by the applicants;
6. Legalized copy of SKCK;
7. Copy of valid Certificate Register (STR) or statement letter that STR is in the prosess of Health Personnel Provincial Assembly (MTKP) for Perawat positions;
8. Copy of valid Certificate Register (STR) for Dokter Umum and Dokter Spesialis positions;
