Senior Engineer - Frac / Acid - Jakarta
Job Description
- Provides Frac / Acid job design, well support, and post job analysis to customers in designated area.
- Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base.
- Provides technical support on location as required by the customer or PSL.
- Assignments require sufficient professional experience to assure competence as a fully trained professional.
- Must be able to work independently.
- This is the lead position responsible for job execution and overall performance.
- Responsible for company assets on location.
- Assures that adequate supplies and equipment are present at well site at all times.
- Offers advice on equipment capabilities.
- Functions as a communications link between customer and the Solutions Team.
- Typical requirements include a degree in Engineering and a minimum of 4 years experience.
- Certification as a Licensed / Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.
Service Leader - Pipeline / Process - Jakarta
Job Description
- Under broad direction, supervises assigned staff for Pipeline and Process Services (PSL) within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (District / Location).
- Supervises employees engaged in delivery of the PSL's services and products.
- Leads employee behavior and role based competency by mentoring and developing to achieve excellence in PSL Service Quality and HSE performance.
- Assists the Field Service Quality Coordinator (FSQC) in Progressive Discipline for non-performing personnel.
- Completes performance evaluations of assigned staff under the direction of the FSQC.Champions Process Improvement Initiatives (PII) within assigned Natural Work Area (NWA) (district / location).
- Champions Halliburton and Customer Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE).
- Engages employees in PII and all other PSL initiatives in the field.
- Assists in implementation of new technology.
- Evaluates service quality within assigned NWA (district / location) with the goal of improving performance.
- Provides technical expertise and solutions to the customer.
- Performs follow-up activities regarding job performance.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, impact directly on cost containment, efficiency, and profitability of operations.
- Skills are acquired by completing the Career Development System (competency) requirements for this job role.
- Skills are typically acquired with 5 years PSL experience.
- Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
- Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines.
- Must possess or be capable of obtaining relevant offshore certificates in specific locations.
Service Operator I - Frac / Acid - Jakarta
Job Description

- As a Frac Acid Service Operator I, you will promote excellent customer relations at the work site as you perform equipment rig up and rig down, and prepare equipment for the job.
- Additional responsibilities include safe operation of high-pressure pumps, iron trucks and cranes, and the collection and distribution of data on the job.
- Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid commercial drivers license.
- You must also have successfully passed company tests and met competency task list requirements for this job, and have 6 months to 2 years of experience in the Operator Assistant II role.
Entry Level Engineer - Coiled Tubing - Jakarta
Job Description
- Under general supervision provides technical and operational expertise to external customer in a professional manner.
- This is the entry level position for this discipline.
- Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles.
- Assists in the delivery of Coiled Tubing services.
- Assists in pre-planning, job execution, and post job analysis.
- Participates in developmental programs to accelerate learning.
- Requires ability to interpret well site data.
- Completion of undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Successfully completed Coil Tubing 1 and Insite Training.
- Knowledgeable of design applications.
- Maintain skill set to read and review well bore schematic.
- Other training as per NWA requirements may be required.
- Must be knowledgable of all Halliburton (HAL) policies and rules pertaining to this job.
- Must be knowledgable of all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform mathematics for accurately determining job calculations.
- Reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
- Monitor and maintain personal credentials. (I-learn, PPR and etc).
- Demonstrates ability to manage customer interface at the wellsite.
- Complete Career Development System (competency) requirements for job role.
