Operational Staff
Requirements
- Male/ Female, good looking with the maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Transportation Management or Maritime with the minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Competent in the use of standard Microsoft Office program such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Demonstrated responsiveness, proactive, takes initiative, and accountability.
- Strong understanding about the concept and strategy of operational system.
- Ability and have knowledge to maintain and build relationship between customers and other companies, team player and result oriented.
- Strong analytical thinking, highly motivated, hardworking, eager to learn, detail oriented, positive attitude, honest, responsible.
- able to work in a dynamic working environment and under pressure.
- Strong numerical skill, and more on accuracy.
- Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing will be an advantage.
- Placement area : Medan, Lampung, Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Banyuwangi, Bali, and Manado.
Marketing Staff
Requirements
- Male/ Female, good looking with the maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in any field with the minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Competent in the use of standard Microsoft Office program such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Demonstrated responsiveness, proactive, takes initiative, and accountability
- Have a good selling and negotiation skills
- Understand concept and strategy of operational and strong in sales & marketing
- Ability and have knowledge to maintain and build relationship between customers and other companies, team player and result oriented
- Strong analytical thinking, highly motivated, hardworking, eager to learn, detail oriented, positive attitude, honest, responsible.
- able to work in a dynamic working environment and under pressure.

Requirements:
