MEP Engineer

Requirements

• Male / Female maximum age 40 Years
• Minimal S1 Electrical Engineering
• Experienced in high rise construction project / consultant planner at least 3 years
• Able to draft / design technical calculations along the MEP work.
• Able to perform job evaluation and optimization MEP
• Diligent, meticulous and have good analytical skills.
• Willing to be placed throughout the company's operations.

Kepala Seksi Pemasaran

Requirements

• Male / female, max age 35 years.
• Minimum D3 with a marketing background
• Look attractive.
• Mastering the marketing mix, market research and competitor analysis
• Experience as a marketing manager / supervisor preferred real estate marketing min. 2 years
• Communication and good leadership, extensive networking
• Willing to be placed throughout the company's operations.

Arsitek Yunior

Requirements

• Minimal S1 Architecture
• GPA of at least 2.75
• Male / Female age max 30 years.
• Analyzing, planning, concept, design good
• Mastering the design programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3dsmax etc.
• Willing to be placed throughout the company's operations.
