Requirements
- Min 5 years experience in Banking/micro banking with a good record
- Experience lead a cluster or equivalent
- Have the ability to set targets and supervise business achievement

- Min 2 years as micro finance/banking unit head with a good record
- Have the ability to set targets and supervise business achievement
Requirements
- Min 3 years experience as Credit Reviewer, preferably in micro business
- Understand in detail the process of credit with collateral and without collateral with the precautionary principle
